KMiller Technologies provides a wide variety of service options to meet the specific technology needs of our customers. While traditional technical service, known as break-fix, is a core offering, KMiller also provides its customers with a suite of services ranging from single fee, all inclusive maintenance programs to monthly phone based support.


Managed Services


For those customers wishing to have their IT partner provide a complete, custom service solution, KMiller Technologies provides Managed Services. This suite of services can include systems monitoring, preventative maintenance, reactive services, documentation, help desk, and technology planning.  Since Managed Services is highly customized for your specific IT needs, please contact an KMiller Account Executive for additional information.


Monitoring


Customers that do not necessarily have the need for full-time IT personnel still require monitoring of their computing environment. KMiller can provide routine checks on Internet connectivity and server performance, providing the customer documentation  that indicates trends in hardware and Internet usage. Benchmarks can also be established that alert KMiller technicians for upcoming problems and areas of concern for the customer.


Phone Support


KMiller has recently implemented phone support as a new service offering. With the establishment of a phone support staff, KMiller is now able to help customers with certain issues over the phone. If the problem can be solved over the phone, the customer benefits from a shorter response time and no trip charge is incurred. Problems requiring hands-on help will be diagnosed by the phone support technician and routed to the proper technician to schedule an on-site visit. Because the problem has often already been determined, on-site time is more efficient.


Additionally, customers may request a Phone Support Maintenance contract, providing a budgeted fee and priority support. Phone Support contracts are especially productive for companies that have remote users, satellite offices, or multiple employees requiring support. Break-fix Time & Materials


KMiller Technologies employs a team of certified and trained technicians that are ready to react to any technical problem that may arise. KMiller technicians diagnose problems and provide a solution with minimal inconvenience to the customer. To arrange for a tech support visit, just call KMiller and the operations staff will determine the most appropriate course of action. Billing is based on the time used by the technician plus a nominal trip charge.


Documentation


As networks and IT solutions grow and become more complicated, a customer often requires complete and up-to-date documentation of their IT environment. KMiller can provide documentation of a customer's network, topology, OS environments, application inventory, and hardware inventory. Additionally, KMiller can provide updates of the documentation as the configuration changes.
